Cuckoo

Last night I watched Cuckoo (2024). It was really fun!

It was written and directed by Tilman Singer.

I got to practice my shitty German ("Tut mir leid")!

I guess a similar sign in the U.S. would just say HOURS. Note that the the two-letter abbreviations for the days of the week are in German too, but they are the same as English except for Sunday.

And a little shitty French too. Of course, the answers were on the screen, so…

I thought Dan Stevens, who is English, did a good job of sounding German, even when he was speaking English.
