The Vegetarian

I just finished The Vegetarian by Han Kang. Very strange!

This was published in 2007 in Korean. It was translated into English by Deborah Smith and published in 2015 in the UK and 2016 in the US.

This is the second book by Han that I have read. I just finished Greek Lessons the other day. I think this is her first work to be translated into English and is perhaps her most famous.

Both Han and Smith won the Man Booker International Prize for it in 2016.
