Excavations

I just finished Excavations (2023) by Kate Myers. Delightful!

It's a terrific story and I don't really know anything about archaeology, so it was fun learning a little about what goes on at a dig too. And it's very funny.

"Don't let Charles see you leave. Meet me at the van in ten." Elise was always saying cool stuff like that.

I met Myers at a library function (we live in the same county) at Crooked Crab. She is charming and funny in real life too!
