I just finished A Lady's Guide to Fortune-Hunting (2022) by Sophie Irwin. Her debut novel.

This started out really annoying, as I didn't like any of the characters. Even London itself sounded awful. For some reason, I stuck with it and it paid off. By the end, I liked several of the characters.
