I just watched Menschen am Sonntag (People on Sunday) a 1930 silent film written by Robert and Curt Siodmak. It was directed by Robert Siodmak and Edgar G. Ulmer.

It is subtitled ein Film ohne Schauspieler (a film without actors) and features regular people of Berlin. It was filmed on Sundays in the summer of 1929. It is an example of Neue Sachlichkeit (New Objectivity), an art movement in Weimar Germany.
