The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue

I just finished The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue by V. E. Schwab. I loved it! Thanks to Ellie Huxtable for making me aware of it!

A while back, I mentioned Cormac McCarthy uses the word palimpsest in The Road. Schwab uses it several (perhaps, half a dozen) times in Addie LaRue. I don't know if this is coincidence or the Baader–Meinhof phenomenon, but it feels strange.

I really enjoyed going into it cold, so I won't say any more about the story. But it's really good!
