Movie adaptation of Never Let Me Go

A while back, I mentioned reading Never Let Me Go, how good it was, and that it had been made into a movie. Since then, I found and bought a DVD of the movie. Last night, I watched it.

It was so good. They really did a great job. In particular, they made Carey Mulligan, Andrew Garfield, and Keira Knightley, look both 18 and 28 very convincingly (they got different actors for the younger kids).

It's a wonderful— if very disturbing— story. Whether you prefer reading or watching movies, you should check it out.

I had to send away to England for it. I'm not sure if it was not available domestically or if it's just out of print. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
